Yogurt milk is milked from healthy cows living in the Elta-Ada farm. It does not contain Antibiotic, Pesticide (pesticide) residue, Genetically Modified Organisms (GMO) and Hormone. With the fully automatic system, it is milked untouched by hand and transferred to the cooling tank, preventing bacterial growth in raw milk. On the day of milking, it is pasteurized without waiting, fermented at 43ºC and filled into bowls.
1 Kg Elta Ada Yogurt is obtained from 1.4L milk. Preservative, thickener, etc. Does not contain any additives.
